Lake of Stars returned this year to celebrate its 15th year anniversary. The festival was held at its new location, Kabumba Hotel in Leopards Bay, Salima. Based on my singular past experience of LOS 2016 this year I was expecting incredible music programming, a beating sun, friendly ambiance, a refreshingly warm-cool water of Lake Malawi and the stellar beach. Fashion and sense of style not so much. However, I was pleasantly surprised because the festival was littered with noteworthy fashion moments this year. Festival fashion lit up the shores of Lake Malawi.
