SiSi is a white shirt brand founded by the stylish duo, Cynthia Allie and Yasmin Furmie 2016. ‘The concept came about because Cynthia Allie and I loved white shirts and we always wanted to do something together. It actually then came to fruition at our first pop-up shop (ed: in 2016), after deciding that there was a market for a white shirt collection only. Cynthia is a designer by profession, doing custom work for private clients. I’m a good collaborator on projects such as this. Our minds work well together and Cynthia puts the concepts down well that we come up with.’ said Furmie
Their second installment of all white shirt collection made of 100% cotton poplin offers 15 styles; 9 women’s styles and 6 for men. The style varies from the first collection with price points between R900- R1950.
The collection is targeted at people who want a different style of white shirt and for those who believe that it is a necessity in every wardrobe. The collection is limited but orders will be taken until the collection is sold out. Cynthia and Yasmin hosted a pop-up shop at Toto Gallery, The Penthouse, 68 St Andrews Street in Birdhaven.
