GLAMOUR’s Most GLAMOURous Awards 2017. Who Made The Cut?
This year Glamour Magazine South Africa is celebrating their annual GLAMOUR’s Most GLAMOURous Awards in association with Listerine Advanced White. The purpose of these awards is to celebrate the personal style, panache, and allure of South African women. The winners of this coveted trophy were celebrated at Joburg’s Summer Place where for the first time Glamour roped in a headline sponsor, Listerine Advanced White, and opened the event to members of the public to attend the star-studded event for the first time at a cost R380 per person.
“South Africans are increasingly glamorous, individualistic and stylish – qualities that lie at the heart of the GLAMOUR brand – and it’s wonderful to see the different ways in which our winners express their unique personalities,” says editor-in-chief, Pnina Fenster.
It is a pity I missed this event. The GLAMOUR’s Most GLAMOURous Awards and GQ Best Dressed Men Awards are still my fave local awards. They are fashion inclined but still really fun, easy not complicated. However, truth be told and GQ Best Dressed Men Awards at the Westcliff are still ‘thee” awards. I cannot seem to just let go of that vibe.
The 10 winners for 2017 are:
- Alyssa Cole Model
- Boity Thulo TV presenter and actress
- Cara Frew Singer and model
- Dineo Moeketsi Actress
- Enhle Mbali Maphumulo Actress and businesswoman
- Jenna McArthur Businesswoman

Well done mosadis!
